Luke’s calm, masterful, and comprehensive approach lets Biology and Chemistry students feel confident and safe.
Luke earned his BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Leeds and his MPhil in Molecular and Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool.
A seasoned instructor since 2006, Luke has taught at Liverpool University’s Molecular and Clinical Pharmacology Department and privately, covering the following topics:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Practical Pharmacology
- Leading lab-based undergraduate projects
Luke is a widely experienced science teacher, so any student wishing to study the sciences at university will benefit greatly from his practical and theoretical knowledge.
Further, Luke is familiar with a large range of laboratory techniques which are regularly used in a range of syllabi, including IB, AP, and SAT.
Luke’s teaching style centers around visual diagrams and board work to define and illustrate important points to his students.
When he’s not busy teaching, Luke is an avid cook who enjoys posting pictures of his successes on Instagram.
