What programs/services do you offer? 

We offer group classes and private lessons to Grade 7 – Grade 12 students in IGCSE/GCSE, Pre-IB, IB, AP, and A-Level and the students who will challenge the international standardized tests SSAT/ISEE, SAT, ACT, IELTS/TOEFL, and other university entrance tests. If you want to find the right courses for you or your child(ren), you could use our portal Course Finder.

We provide admissions consulting services to students who are planning to study in UK, US, and Canada boarding schools and/or universities. We help students define their educational goals, prepare them for making informed decisions, and guide them through a search for a school that best fits their individual needs. You could find our service offerings and placement results on our website.

Is The Edge Learning Center an official exam center?

We are not an exam center but we get students ready for their international exams and support them to achieve beyond. If you need our academic support, you could leave us a note.

Where are you located?

We are located at Causeway Bay – 2/F, The Zoroastrian Building, 101 Leighton Road. We welcome students to visit our center.

We have a classroom at Mongkok – Room 1601, 16/F, Chow Tai Fook Centre, 580A-F Nathan Road. An advance appointment is required if you want to visit us.

Can I talk to someone over the phone to get more course information?

Can I select my teacher?

Yes! Our program team will discuss with you your educational goals and propose a teacher whose experiences best fit your needs.

Can I meet my teacher before attending a class?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a pre-lesson consultation before you attend our class.

Do the teachers receive any special training?

Many of our teachers come from top academic institutions around the world and undergo a rigorous 3-month training program to ensure quality in the classroom. They get along with their students, teach and inspire them to achieve beyond. Let us introduce you to our teaching team.

Is the class online or in person?

We could arrange 1-on-1 online or onsite lessons to fit your schedule.

What is the best time to start preparing for the international exams SSAT, SAT, and ACT?

The earlier the better! We have designed a diverse range of SSAT, SAT, and ACT courses that helps students of different level. We also offer 1-on-1 tailor-made lessons to cater to students who need extra support on their exams and assignments in school. You could use our Course Finder to find the right courses, or contact our program team for advice.

Are there any hidden charges I have not been told before registration?

Your comments are so important to us! Our professional and well-trained frontline staff always gives parents the complete course information to make their children happy students in our class!  

What if I want to cancel my class?

We understand sometimes your school and social life get in the way of your scheduled class. We request you give us at least 2-day notice to cancel and reschedule your class. However, if you have a big plan and want to cancel your class, you should tell us 14 days before your scheduled lesson.

Not to upset your parents, you are strongly advised to tell them our 4 key rules:

  • Cancellation: Give us notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class.
  • Rescheduling: Give us notice 2-14 days before the scheduled class.
  • Sick Leave: Doctor’s note is required for class rescheduling.
  • Classes will be forfeited if the cancellation or class rescheduling happens within 2 days of your class time.
