Steve is our high-powered Renaissance Man. His wide range of expertise and hands-on approach make his classroom both exciting and immediately invaluable.

Steve earned his Honours B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Florida and his M.A. in English Literature from Clemson University.

Steve’s 11 years of teaching experience have encompassed:

Whether it’s Test Prep or English Literature, you can trust Steve’s complete competence. Furthermore, with his background in journalism and creative writing, Steve is a gift to students who need writing guidance. In addition, his interest in film, theatre, and graphic novels makes Steve a valuable choice for students contending with the IB Language & Literature course.

Steve has both short stories and academic papers in publication and earned the Dell Award for his short story, “Blank, White, and Blue”. He is an avid science fiction fan. His undergraduate honors thesis was a film script.
